I was actually planning on writing something upbeat and happy with this blog, and then the incident in France happened. I don't feel like doing anything like that now and only feel saddened and send my heartfelt condolence to the families of those impacted by this horrible happening. Just know that Jason is doing well and that we are working with the VA almost as much as we are working with the Naval Hospital at Balboa. In both arenas things are going positive.

Along with that we have been enjoying a good stretch of weather, and it looks to continue into this weekend. I will be getting out and doing my best to get some exercise; and trying to catch up to Linda, as she continues to loose weight and is getting back into better shape. Thanks, for all the continued support and prayers - - and please pray for the people in France. Take care and stay positive.

  1. Turn to the Lord for all things! Know that you're in my prayers!
Psalms 86:15-16 But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth. O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.

  2. The Lord has you in His loving arms! Praying in Seattle!
Psalms 139:4-6 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether. Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.

  3. The Lord is truly holding your hand right now! How can we even comprehend this? Praying!
Isaiah 41:10, 13 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. (13) For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
