Wow! I slipped again. Maybe I'm being directed to do this on Friday, rather than on Thursday. Anyway, it has been a busy week for the Ross household. The girls both moved up a rank with their Taekwondo skills, and the event was pretty cool. There were probably 50 to 60 people in attendance and nearly that many students. Apparently Master Kramers is very well known and respected in the world of martial arts, and he is also an amazing instructor for the girls. We've gotten to know his family, including his wife, son, and mother, but I'm getting off subject. The girls are both one level up and very excited about continuing.

Jason is going to sled hockey practice in the morning, and that means we leave the house about 05:30, in the morning and then he will get to work hard and have fun, and I might take a few more pictures. Then tomorrow evening he and the Ducks (the sled hockey team) get to participate with their first league hockey game. We're all excited about this and we know of a few people who will be attending, to cheer Jason and the team on. We're still looking for the new sled for Jason. One that should make it easier for him to move around on the ice. Right now, due to the balance challenges he can't turn very fast. The new sled has been designed to help him with this, and allow him a better balance and position on the ice. Basically making him equal to the other players.

Halloween is coming up fast and we're getting ready for that as well. Taekwondo dojo is having a "Trunk-or-Treat" event, and we're expecting to have a Halloween party at Jason's. We don't have the girls this Halloween but look forward to having fun before Halloween. Stacy is helping to plan our Halloween Party. On top of that, next week is the World Series and the Dodgers are playing. Not sure who they're playing, but the first half has been identified. I'm just looking forward to some good baseball and since its the World Series, it should be some great baseball (yeah, I like baseball).

I think that just about does it for all that is going on around here. Oh, the animals... all of them are doing well, and the chickens are really starting to produce eggs. We have more than two dozen eggs in the refrigerator, most of the time and they taste great. Thanks, for continuing to support and pray for us. Take care and stay positive.

  1. No matter what's going on, always look to the Lord! Lifting you up to Him in prayer right now!
Psalms 116:1-2 I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications. Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.
