Another Wednesday down, though it wasn't just another Wednesday. Linda flew back up to Livermore to take care of some things for us, and Jason and I will be down here without her for a few days (about a week). I'm not going to soft peddle it, it is going to be rough since we've gotten used to her being here. She will be back next week, so I know we can get through it.
Jason is doing as well as can be expected, though new issue has come up. Because he is leaning more to his left, as he lays down, all the tears that normally form in his eyes tend to flow to one side. This has gotten to be a bit an annoyance so he is now using eye drops to help. Fortunately the wounds are still progressing so it is hoped that it won't be too much longer until he can get back to a more comfortable position.
Tomorrow is the first time that Jason will be heading to his appointment, and Linda won't be there to help take care of Gracie. I will be bringing her along in another vehicle, as I need to attend these appointments too. I find it useful to discuss little things with the Wound Care folks, and it allows me the chance to pick up any supplies I might need, if they want to try something just a little different. The other aspect is that the Wound Care people will ask questions and sometimes I'm the one with the answers.
Received a call today, from the Wounded Warrior Battalion, and next week we should be getting another van for our use. Considering the challenges that are going on with Jason's truck right now, this is probably a good thing. For the next few weeks I don't think we're going to be needing it, but after that I would have to say I believe we will. Thank you, for all your continued support and prayers. Take care and stay positive.

Sorry Linda had to leave. Hope the time goes quickly for everyone.

1 Peter 1:3-5 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
