March 25, 2012 -

Not much to report about today, as it was quiet, and not much was done. About the only note worthy event was that the girls are now back with us, and we will have them for the next two weeks. Tomorrow is a big day for Jason, and thus a big day for all of us, and we need to have the girls up and going by 07:30. I suspect that I will have a bunch to write about tomorrow, so enjoy your evening and I am going to bed.

Thank you, all for your continued prayers and support, it is appreciated.

  1. Sorry I've been AWOL! Laptop's hard drive died and I've been having fun trying to recreate my bookmarks and find all the sites I visit all the time! Hopefully I'm back for good!

    Was thinking about this hymn today and wanted to share it. Praying!

    1. I'm but a stranger here,
    Heav'n is my home;
    Earth is a desert dread,
    Heav'n is my home.
    Danger and sorrow stand
    Round me on every hand;
    Heav'n is my fatherland,
    Heav'n is my home.

    2. What though the tempest rage,
    Heav'n is my home;
    Short is my pilgrimage,
    Heav'n is my home;
    And time's wild wintry blast
    Soon shall be overpast;
    I shall reach home at last,
    Heav'n is my home.
    The Lutheran Hymnal, Hymn 660, vv. 1-2
