Today started with a nice pancake and eggs breakfast, and it always surprises me to see just how much those little girls can put away, when they really like the food on the table. Jason did a pretty good job, too, and honestly I guess Linda and I did, too. Actually, today started earlier than that, where I drove Anthony Netto to the airport at about 05:00 this morning. I got him to the airport; came back to the house; and, went back to sleep - then there was the "restart" of the day.
Not much actually happened today, and the girls were happy with just playing around the house. I guess they burned off a great deal of energy because they went down for their nap easily, and then they slept a little longer than I would have thought. Actually, that worked out good because I went for a nice bike ride, for about 90 minutes, and when I got back they were just waking up. It is sooooo nice having Linda here to help, as it allows me the luxury of being able to take off for a ride.
Stacy got out her play doctor kit; she announced that she was "Dr. Stacy" and was going to make all Daddy's boo-boos get better. Jason was a cooperative patient and "played" along with Stacy's request. I'll see about posting some pictures tomorrow.
Jason treated us to a nice dinner at the Olive Garden (one of his favorite restaurants), after coming home the girls played for awhile then it was time for baths, story-time and to bed. Tomorrow is back to the regular routine, so they will be heading off to day care, early. Jason has some early personal business to take care of, so we have to get the girls up a little earlier than they probably would like to get up. Once they get up, they sure do seem happy about going to day care; they have friends and enjoy the activities, Thank you, for all the continued support and prayers, and take care and stay positive.

Sounds like a good day for everyone!

Romans 8:15-18 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

ReplyDeletePsalms 121:1-4 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
