Jason had only one appointment today, so we really didn't do that much. We got up a little later than usual, about 08:00 and I fixed some scrambled eggs with sausage and toast - and then we went off to the appointment. The appointment was only one hour, and it was over until next week, when we'll do the same thing, only I'm going to go for hash browns this next time.

We came back to the room and I did a little cleaning, though there really wasn't a bunch of that to do. I went upstairs to make sure everyone was aware that Linda would be coming out, and we're hoping that all goes well, so that she can be here on the 14th. I also found out that because of the success of the Marines, and their process for keeping track of what and how the Wounded Warriors are doing, it is being adopted DOD wide. That basically means that the Army is going to have to start doing things like the Marines and in order for them to be able to do that they are going to be wanting to interview some Marines. Yes, you guessed it, Jason and I have been selected to be interviewed. Not sure when that is to happen, but it will be relatively soon. Also, because this is a "new" program/process, and Jason is going to be heading to Balboa, we are also the lucky ones to be on a pilot program to insure the hand off from one area to another goes smoothly. I really don't think there is going to be much of an issue with it, since we did it once before. Just this time it is going to be more of something that is going to be watched more closely.

This evening ended with Mardi Gras in the Warrior Cafe'. It was being put on by the Yellow Ribbon Fund, and there were some good eats available. Actually, we had forgotten it was going to be going on and Jason and I had talked about going out for a pizza. I haven't had one in several weeks and was in the mood to eat pizza. Not too sure about where there is a good pizzeria around here, so now we'll have to look again tomorrow. Thank you, for all the continued prayers and support, we're making progress everyday.
