May 29, 2001 - Quick Post

Just a quick post to let everyone know that Jason is doing well today, and that we have had a busy day. Some visitors and then Linda and I went off to the Memorial Day concert at the Capital Building, at 8:00pm. The show went a little long, and then the bus driver got lost on the way home (he used his GPS in stead of going the way he knew how), so we got back late (this post is coming at just after 1:00am). I'm tired so look for another post in the morning. Good night...

Thank you...

  1. First and foremost please tell Jason THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, ETC...... for serving our country and defending my life and all of our lives. A mere thank you just doesn't seem like enough to truly express my gratitude to Jason and all of our service men and women past and present.I am so thrilled to daily check in and see that Jason is getting stronger all the time. My prayers continue for him and all of you on this journey that I'm sure all of you never had planned on. Jason is an inspiration to more people than you can imagine.
As always, my heartfelt prayers and thoughts are with all of you. Thank you George for your strength and dedication to your son and for letting me be a small part of Jason's prayer warriors. A Happy Memorial Day to all of you and God bless.

  2. I echo Teri's comments.... THANK YOU JASON! You and all the other men and women who protect us are appreciated beyond measure.
It's good to hear you are able to get out and enjoy the sun and wind on your face. "Angel Kisses" as my daughter use to say.
Have a very Happy Memorial Day and know you are in our thoughts and prayers. As Always. Thank you, George and Linda for keeping us connected with this very brave young man and his family.
